Alyson Stoner is a multi-hyphenate performer, author, and the founder and CEO of Movement Genius, a mental health platform offering therapist-led programming to support emotional well-being. They are also the creator and host of the award-winning podcast Dear Hollywood, where they advocate for industry and policy changes to better protect children in both traditional and digital entertainment. Backed by multiple certifications and over 15 years of experience in group facilitation, Stoner has developed and contributed to programs for organizations including the United Nations, the World Health Organization, LGBTQIA+ centers, and top academic institutions.

Stoner’s early career included over 200 appearances across film, television, and music tours, with standout roles in "Camp Rock," "Phineas & Ferb," "Step Up," "Cheaper by the Dozen," and music videos for Missy Elliott and Eminem. As an adult, they’ve shifted their focus to initiatives that blend creativity, community, and care—most notably, developing Artist Wellbeing Essentials, a comprehensive digital toolkit offering expert-backed resources for performers to thrive in their craft while prioritizing mental health.

Their debut memoir, "Semi-Well-Adjusted Despite Literally Everything," arrives August 12, 2025. In it, Stoner shares a raw and unflinching look at their life as a child star, confronting topics like exploitation, family violence, disordered eating, and religious trauma. The book blends personal narrative with cultural critique, offering a compelling meditation on healing, identity, and what it means to pursue wholeness in an often fragmented world.
