Allan Pease

Allan Pease is an Australian body language expert, author, and keynote speaker recognized internationally as Mr. Body Language. Pease has established a reputation as a leading speaker in body language, communication, relationships, and the psychology of selling. His expertise in human behavior was developed through practical experience, beginning at age 10 selling rubber sponges door to door and becoming the top national salesman for a company selling bed linen, pots, and pans by age 17. At 21, he became the youngest person to sell over $1 million of life insurance in his first year, qualifying for the Million Dollar Round Table. These early experiences in direct sales exposed Pease to the subtleties of buyer behavior, where he observed discrepancies between spoken words and physical cues, sparking his interest in nonverbal communication as a measure of true intent.

Pease authored the book "Body Language," which explores how to interpret movements and posture to understand underlying thoughts. The book achieved bestseller status globally and is used as a textbook in several universities and colleges. Alongside co-author Barbara Pease, he has written 18 top ten bestsellers, including 11 number one titles such as "The Definitive Book of Body Language," "Why Men Don't Listen and Women Can't Read Maps," and "The Answer." His books have been translated into 54 languages and have sold more than 30 million copies. Pease is also known in Australia for his work as a television analyst during political debates, where he analyzed candidates' body language and performance.

Pease's work has inspired 11 television series, four stage plays, a number one box office movie, and a TV series, reaching a combined audience of over 100 million. His monthly column reached 20 million readers, and the European box office hit and TV series "Why Men Don't Listen & Women Can't Park Cars" was viewed by more than 100 million people. Pease has been invited to the Kremlin to conduct body language training seminars for emerging politicians, including Vladimir Putin, and has spent significant time each year hosting seminars in Russia.

Known globally as Mr. Body Language, Pease has spoken in more than 70 countries, delivering communication training to audiences across industries.
