Alexander C. Pullen, Sr., Ed.D., SHRM-SCP is a leadership strategist, organizational effectiveness consultant, and keynote speaker whose work sits at the intersection of human performance, resilient leadership, and organizational health. As Principal of Precision Strategy Partners, LLC, he partners with leadership teams across corporate, nonprofit, and public sector contexts to build the clarity, trust, and team dynamics that drive lasting results.

A doctoral graduate of The George Washington University, Pullen's research examined how C-suite leaders leveraged relational networks, mindful communication, and values-anchored sensemaking to lead their organizations through the COVID-19 pandemic. His most compelling finding: the leaders who navigated disruption most effectively weren't the ones with the best playbooks — they led from who they were. That insight anchors everything he brings to the stage and the facilitation room.

Pullen's career spans senior leadership roles at George Washington University, HubSpot, Salesloft, and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). His clients have included the NBA, H&M, Chick-fil-A, the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research, and organizations across the corporate, nonprofit, and government sectors. He holds an MA in Human Resource Management from The Catholic University of America and a BA from Howard University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. He is a certified Everything DiSC® practitioner and a member of the International Facilitators Organization.
