Adrienne Lofton

Adrienne Lofton is a marketing executive with more than two decades of experience in brand-building, cultural storytelling, and market transformation across global companies. As vice president of global product and integrated marketing at Google, Lofton oversees end-to-end marketing for the Pixel ecosystem, as well as activation and engagement for Android, Chromebooks and Browser, Play, Health, and Home. Her team focuses on developing consumer relationships through product positioning, brand management, integrated media, social, creative, and operations.

A graduate of Howard University’s School of Business, Lofton captained Howard University’s NCAA Division I volleyball team, an experience that contributed to her competitive drive and collaborative approach in her professional life.

Prior to joining Google, Lofton held leadership roles at several Fortune 100 brands. At Nike, she served as head of North America marketing, focusing on brand purpose and supporting consumers and communities through action. As senior vice president of Under Armour’s brand, operations, and philanthropy, she established the company’s first women’s marketing division and women’s category, contributing to the company’s growth. Lofton’s cross-industry experience also includes serving as chief marketing officer for the global Dockers brand at Levi Strauss & Co., and leading multicultural marketing initiatives at Target Corporation. She began her career at Gap Inc. and also worked at Starcom, managing the General Motors portfolio.

Lofton has been a leader in both marketing strategy and representation. She was the first Black woman in all of her roles at Under Armour, the first Black woman to lead North America at Nike, and the first Black chief marketing officer of Dockers at Levi Strauss & Co. Lofton is an advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, serving as Google’s executive sponsor for AdColor and speaking at conferences focused on underrepresented groups. Her work at Google includes campaigns such as Android’s "Endless Wow Factor," which featured celebrities engaging with Google’s AI-powered Circle to Search feature, and the "Get The Message" campaign, which encouraged equal messaging opportunities for Android and Apple users through RCS messaging.

Lofton’s contributions have been recognized with the Ad Age Brand Genius Award and inclusion in Adweek’s Most Powerful Women in Sports, NBC News’ Most Powerful Women in Sports, The Holmes Report’s Influence 100, and Black Enterprise’s Most Powerful Women in Business. She serves on the board of directors for Alaska Airlines, leading the safety and innovations committees, and on the board of Howard University’s School of Business. Lofton is a keynote speaker on topics including marketing, retail, business leadership, social media, strategic leadership, corporate strategy, and sports, bringing a challenger mindset and cultural fluency to her engagements.
