A. Wayne Gill

1. Wayne Gill is an attorney, entrepreneur, author, and ordained Christian minister with a career spanning more than two decades in legal practice, social entrepreneurship, and public speaking. Gill graduated from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, where he majored in English and served as a teaching assistant to Professor James Miller. He earned his law degree from George Washington University in Washington, D.C., with honors in trial advocacy. Gill also served as a law clerk to Judge Arthur L. Burnett Sr. of the DC Trial Court and worked in the Office of the Corporation Counsel for the District of Columbia, Civil Division. He completed the NMSDC executive education program at the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University.

Gill is the CEO of Gill Law Firm, P.A., in Delray Beach, Florida. He founded the firm with a modest retainer and expanded it into a multi-million-dollar enterprise before partnering to create one of the largest minority-owned law firms in the United States, which at its peak operated 20 branches. Gill's legal practice focuses on obtaining high-achievement visas, including O-1, P-1, and EB-1, for athletes, creators, and business executives. He serves on the board of directors for the South Florida Minority Supplier Development Council, the Black Chamber of Commerce of Palm Beach County, Inc., and co-founded the Oasis Compassion Agency.

As an author, Gill has written "Tales My Grandma Told Me – A Business Diversity Fable" and "The Runner," a Christian legal thriller. "Tales" and its revised edition, "This Business of Supplier Diversity," are recognized resources in the supplier diversity field. "The Runner" is the first in a series following Michael Knight, a young man navigating self-discovery within the legal thriller genre from a Christian perspective. Gill is also the author of the ebook "How To Know God's Vision For Your Life."

Gill is a public speaker and has been featured in publications including The Palm Beach Post, The Good News Magazine, and Fortune Magazine Online. He has been recognized among the 50 Most Powerful Black Professionals in South Florida and the Who's Who in Black South Florida. Gill has received Macy's Crystal Award for outstanding minority business advocacy and honors from national legal and business organizations, including Northwood University's Arthur E. Turner Excellence in Entrepreneurship Award. Drawing on more than 25 years of experience in entrepreneurship and leadership, Gill provides business training and insights to a large social media audience of business professionals and leaders.
