Clint Swindall

Clint Swindall is the president and CEO of Verbalocity Inc., a personal development company specializing in leadership enhancement. The company provides leadership development programs, training, speaking, and consulting services.

Swindall is a professional speaker and holds the Certified Speaking Professional designation, an international measure of professional platform competence in the speaking industry. He has delivered hundreds of keynotes and training programs at conferences and corporate events across North America, serving clients such as 7-Eleven, American Express, BMW, Valero Energy, Enterprise Rent-a-Car, Jack in the Box, and Keller Williams.

For more than two decades, Swindall has presented speeches and training sessions to Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and trade associations. He is frequently featured as a keynote speaker on topics including employee engagement, organizational culture, and values-based leadership for national sales meetings, leadership summits, and association conventions.

In addition to his work as a speaker, trainer, and consultant, Swindall is the author of three books on leadership and employee engagement. He is also the creator and host of a leadership and engagement podcast that reaches a global audience. Swindall has delivered programs throughout the United States, Canada, South America, Central America, the United Kingdom, Mexico, Bermuda, and The Bahamas.

Swindall has held leadership roles in the community, including serving as chairman of the board for GVTC Communications, a provider of communication services. He is founder and chairman of the board of the First Chance Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to assisting abandoned, abused, and neglected children, and is director emeritus of the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo. He has received recognition from business and civic organizations for his contributions to leadership development and community service.

Swindall and his wife, Heather, reside in Bulverde, Texas, near San Antonio. Outside of his professional work in leadership development, he enjoys competition barbecue.
