David Brobeck's purpose is to inspire people to commit to the growth of others and themselves. He is currently writing "How the Martians Saved Education (and Nearly Killed Pro Football)." Publication is expected in 2010. He plans to use this humorous look at education to transform the way public schools operate in North America.

Through his company, StaffExcel, LLC, and as a practicing public school superintendent,David brings to school and business organizations a straightforward, objective, and humorous approach to development of employees. David's workshops teach organizational leaders to use objective hiring criteria, and how to convert inquiry data into important employee feedback. David's commitment to service and the personal growth of people is rooted in deeply held beliefs that there are no limits on human potential. David holds a BA in English, an M.Ed. and a Ph.D. in educational leadership/organization development.
