Ziv Navoth is Chief Product Officer of Napster, the AI agent platform where companies hire persistent AI agents that work in crews, remember what they learn, and build track records over time. In the past year his teams shipped five AI products across software and hardware, for consumers, businesses, and developers: from an award-winning holographic device that gives agents a physical presence on your desk to a system that creates your digital twin in sixty seconds.

Across three decades he has turned emerging technology into products people chose: he helped scale Bebo to 50 million users before its $850 million sale to AOL, led EMEA marketing at Decru through its $272 million sale to NetApp, and served as CMO, CRO, and board director at Touchcast through its $500 million acquisition by Napster. He also created the persona methodology behind Napster's agent workforce: how an agent's character is designed, stress-tested, and certified before it ever meets a user.

He speaks as an operator deploying AI now, grounded in products in production rather than prediction. His 2026 engagements include serving as a panelist at Fortune Brainstorm Tech in Aspen, delivering a keynote masterclass at the Base44 Accelerator by Wix, and participating as a panelist at the Chief Product Officer Summit in New York.
