Yvette Montero Salvatico is a futurist, strategist, and educator specializing in strategic foresight, futures thinking, and organizational resilience. Salvatico holds a bachelor's degree in finance and an MBA from the University of Florida, bringing more than 15 years of corporate experience with multinational firms including Kimberly-Clark and The Walt Disney Company. Her background in corporate finance, human resources, and leadership informs her approach to helping organizations navigate uncertainty and adapt to emerging trends.

At The Walt Disney Company, Salvatico served as the first futurist, leading the foresight division focused on the future of work. She established an internal area of strategic foresight expertise, identifying workforce trends and assessing their impact on human capital strategies. This experience introduced her to the discipline of strategic foresight, shaping her subsequent career.

Salvatico later joined Frank Spencer as a principal at Kedge, a consultancy specializing in foresight, innovation, creativity, and strategic design. She is the managing director and co-founder of The Futures School, a global development ecosystem dedicated to democratizing foresight through learning events, professional certification, and custom engagements. Through The Futures School, Salvatico has trained leaders worldwide in integrating foresight into organizational culture, supporting businesses, governments, and individuals in building adaptability and long-term resilience.

Salvatico is the author of "The Futurist Leader," published by the Association for Talent Development as part of its "TD at Work" series.
