Will Markow

Will Markow is an expert on the future of work, skills-based hiring, and workforce development. He holds a degree in managerial economics with a concentration in quantitative analysis from Bentley University. Markow spent more than a decade with Lightcast, overseeing workforce consulting and research, focusing on strategic workforce planning, skills-based hiring strategies, and the impact of emerging trends and technologies on labor markets. He later founded FourOne Insights, a research and advisory firm examining how technological change shapes the workforce.
