Wendy Booker is an adventurer, author, motivational speaker, and multiple sclerosis (MS) advocate who has turned her diagnosis into a mission of empowerment and resilience. After being diagnosed with MS in 1998, Booker refused to let the disease define her. Instead, she embarked on an extraordinary journey to challenge both her physical limits and the public perception of living with MS. She has climbed six of the world’s Seven Summits—the highest peaks on each continent—and has completed numerous marathons, including the Boston and New York City Marathons, all while managing her condition.
Through her speaking engagements and her memoir "New Altitude: Beyond Tough Times to the Life of Your Dreams," Booker shares her message of determination, courage, and hope, inspiring audiences to embrace life’s challenges with grace and humor. Her work extends beyond personal achievement—she has 16 years of experience in patient advocacy, community engagement, marketing communications, media, events and public affairs in the biotechnology / pharmaceutical sector.
