Vineet Jain

Vineet Jain serves as director of finance transformations, CFO services at Genpact USA. In this role, Jain oversees end-to-end improvements in finance and accounting processes, global standardizations, and the implementation of intelligent automation and digitization, supporting organizations in modernizing their financial operations. With more than 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, Jain has developed expertise across global organizations. Before joining Genpact, he held senior positions at IBM, Fidelity Investments, and Oracle Corporation, gaining a broad perspective on managing and transforming financial functions in large enterprises. Jain holds an MBA, a Bachelor of Commerce with honors, and is a Certified Chartered Accountant (CA).
