Venus Piñeyro

Venus Piñeyro is a diversity executive, entrepreneur, and organizational strategist with a career spanning corporate leadership and a focus on equity and inclusion. Piñeyro has held leadership positions at Facebook, General Motors, and Dell, leveraging data-driven strategies to address business challenges in human resources, customer experience, marketing, sales, and finance. She has led global transformation projects with multi-million dollar budgets, managing cross-cultural virtual teams to achieve key objectives. Throughout her career, Piñeyro has collaborated with Fortune 10 companies, global leaders, and mission-driven organizations to foster cultures of trust and psychological safety.

Following her corporate experience, Piñeyro founded The Inclusion Plus Institute and Vector U, organizations dedicated to advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace. Her work centers on expanding access and opportunity for historically disadvantaged communities. Piñeyro also established the Strong Latina Project, inspired by her experiences as a women's coach and as a Latina navigating predominantly white, male corporate environments. She applies leadership coaching and alternative conflict resolution methods, including mediation, to support individuals and organizations in building inclusive cultures.

Piñeyro holds certifications as a Myers-Briggs practitioner, mediator/arbitrator, leadership coach, and project manager. She advocates for ending domestic violence and increasing representation of underserved communities in technology, serving on the boards of local nonprofit organizations.
