Veena Jetti

Veena Jetti is the founding partner of Vive Funds, a commercial real estate investment firm focused on curating conservative, high-quality opportunities for clients. Jetti specializes in targeting, acquiring, managing, and operating assets, integrating best practices with advanced technologies to optimize real estate investment strategies. Vive Funds is a woman-led company emphasizing leadership representation and client-centered project planning.

After earning a finance degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago at age 20, Jetti began her career in real estate, working for multiple Fortune 500 companies. She oversaw more than $1 billion in real estate assets, gaining experience in growth strategies, acquisitions, asset management, syndication, and business development. Jetti later founded her own investment firm to shape corporate culture and focus on building generational wealth. She has accumulated over a decade of experience and managed more than $1 billion in real estate assets across both startup and corporate environments.

Jetti’s career in the multifamily real estate sector has involved navigating industry challenges, including gender biases, by building strong networks and staying informed about market trends. She has observed a notable increase in women passive investors in the real estate private equity space, with Vive Funds providing a platform for greater diversity in multifamily and passive real estate investments. Jetti is a member of the Forbes Business Council and a keynote speaker, addressing topics such as multifamily asset management, generational wealth, diversity in real estate, and capital raising strategies.

In addition to her investment work, Jetti leads the Facebook community Mastering Multifamily with Veena Jetti and founded MultiFi, a network for investors. She has developed multiple brands and offers educational workshops and courses to support aspiring multifamily investors. Jetti frequently participates as a panelist and speaker for podcasts, global conferences, and radio shows.

Jetti’s contributions extend to nonprofit leadership and disaster recovery. She has founded and served on the board of a national nonprofit organization and was recognized with the Politico Woman of the Year award for her role in grassroots Hurricane Harvey disaster response. Jetti also serves as a lending team lead at Kiva.org, supporting entrepreneurs through micro-loans and advancing economic empowerment for underrepresented communities globally.
