Beyond her corporate leadership, Uma is a committed advocate for gender equity and social inclusion. She founded Lean In Network Singapore in 2016, growing it into a thriving community of more than 7,000 members focused on advancing women in the workplace. Her influence has been widely recognized through honors such as CRN’s Most Powerful Women in the Channel, Singapore’s Top 100 Women in Tech, and as a LinkedIn Top Voice in Gender Equity.
