Tyler Hubbard

Tyler Hubbard is recognized in the country music industry as the co-founder and lead vocalist of the duo Florida Georgia Line. Hubbard met fellow Belmont University student Brian Kelley during a campus worship night, where they connected over their shared interest in songwriting and performing, blending elements of rock, pop, and hip-hop with country music. The duo was discovered at a county fair by producer Joey Moi, and their debut single, "Cruise," gained traction on satellite radio and iTunes, leading to a recording contract with Republic Nashville and Big Machine Label Group.

"Cruise" became the first country song to receive diamond certification, establishing a foundation for Florida Georgia Line's continued success. As part of the duo, Hubbard contributed to chart-topping singles such as "H.O.L.Y." and "Meant to Be" featuring Bebe Rexha, both of which achieved significant crossover appeal. Florida Georgia Line earned multiple Country Music Association Awards and Academy of Country Music Awards. In addition to performing, Hubbard and Kelley founded Tree Vibez Music, an artist development and music publishing company, and later launched Round Here Records, an independent label.

With 23 No. 1 singles on country radio, numerous awards, and sold-out tours, Hubbard has established a significant presence as a songwriter and performer. Following the duo's hiatus, Hubbard began a solo career, signing with EMI Nashville and releasing his debut solo single, "5 Foot 9," which reached No. 1 at Country Radio, achieved double platinum certification by the RIAA, and accumulated over 612 million global streams. His debut solo album, "Tyler Hubbard," released by EMI Records Nashville and Hubbard House Records, features 18 tracks co-written by Hubbard, blending country-pop anthems with introspective ballads that reflect a shift toward personal storytelling.

Continuing his solo career, Hubbard released his sophomore album, "Strong," co-produced with Jordan Schmidt. He wrote or co-wrote each of the 13 tracks, resulting in a diverse collection that highlights his songwriting and production skills. Hubbard has appeared on national television programs including NBC's TODAY Show, the CMT Music Awards, Good Morning America, and The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

Hubbard's transition from duo member to solo artist demonstrates his adaptability within the country music landscape. His debut solo album has been certified gold by the RIAA in the United States and by Music Canada, surpassing one billion global streams. With an active touring schedule, including the Strong World Tour, Hubbard continues to connect with audiences worldwide, underscoring his ongoing influence in country music.
