Tracy Otsuka

Tracy Otsuka, JD, LLM, AACC, ACC, is a certified ADHD coach, attorney, author, and advocate in the neurodivergent community. Otsuka's focus on ADHD advocacy began after her son was diagnosed with ADHD, which led to her own diagnosis. She has since dedicated her career to advancing awareness and understanding of ADHD, particularly as it relates to women.

Otsuka is a graduate of Georgetown Law School and previously served as senior counsel at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, where she investigated complex cases. She also founded a women's wear company with designs carried by Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, and Nordstrom, and worked as a real estate broker. This diverse professional background informs her ADHD coaching, allowing her to work with clients across industries, including healthcare, executive leadership, and entrepreneurship, and to help them reframe neurodivergence as a professional asset.

Otsuka hosts the "ADHD for Smart Ass Women" podcast, which has achieved more than 8 million downloads in over 160 countries and is ranked among the top podcasts globally. The show attracts more than 150,000 monthly listeners and holds a leading position in its category. She also moderates a large ADHD Facebook community with 100,000 members, providing a significant online support network for neurodivergent individuals. Otsuka is the author of "ADHD for Smart Ass Women: How to Fall in Love with Your Neurodivergent Brain," published by HarperCollins/William Morrow. The book has been recognized by Amazon Editors as a Top 20 Best Nonfiction Book and by Book Riot as one of the Best Self-Help Books. Drawing on research, coaching experience, and her personal journey, the book provides tools and strategies for girls and women with ADHD, challenging stereotypes and highlighting the unique strengths of neurodivergent individuals. Otsuka also developed the patented Your ADHD Brain is A-OK coaching program, a six-step Coretography system designed to help women identify their strengths and achieve their goals.
