Tony Martignetti

Tony Martignetti is the founder and chief inspiration officer of Inspired Purpose Partners, a leadership development firm focused on supporting leaders and providing tools for navigating organizational change. Before entering the coaching and thought leadership field, Martignetti built a career as a finance and strategy executive, working with leading life sciences companies. He also managed small businesses and operated a financial consulting company, gaining experience across the high-tech and life sciences sectors. This multidisciplinary background, spanning more than 30 years of business and leadership experience, serves as the foundation for his coaching practice, which emphasizes a pragmatic approach to leadership development. Martignetti’s coaching methodology, known as Inside Out Coaching, centers on self-leadership and extends to how leaders influence their teams and organizations.
