Tom Krieglstein Biography
After starting his first business in college, which grew to $1.5 million in annual sales, Tom Krieglstein became the founder and lead facilitator of Swift Kick. Krieglstein has trained more than half a million leaders in the United States and internationally, including in England, South Korea, Indonesia, and Bermuda, focusing on building a culture of connection within organizations.
Krieglstein has worked with leaders at major companies such as Coca-Cola, Pfizer, and University of Wisconsin. Through his speaking engagements, he has earned six National Speaking Titles from APCA. He is a TEDx speaker, Guinness World Record holder, and has served on the board of the New York City Entrepreneurs’ Organization.
In addition to his work with Swift Kick, Krieglstein trains and leads forums for the Entrepreneurs' Organization and serves as an executive accountability coach for business owners. He is the co-author of the Amazon.com Award-winning book, "First Year Student to First Year Success." Krieglstein’s training, Dance Floor Theory, explores strategies for building a culture of connection in organizations.
