Todd Monken

Todd Monken is the current head coach of the Cleveland Browns in the National Football League (NFL), a position he has held since 2026. Before ascending to this role, Monken's journey traversed both the NFL and college football circuits, where he served in multiple coaching positions that included roles as offensive coordinator for teams such as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Cleveland Browns, and Baltimore Ravens. He was particularly noted for his contribution at the University of Georgia, where he functioned as the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach, aiding the team in securing two consecutive College Football Playoff national championships in 2021 and 2022.

Monken's tenure as a head coach started at the University of Southern Mississippi in 2015, where he demonstrated his adept ability at improving team performances. Under his leadership, Southern Miss not only made an appearance at the Conference USA Championship Game, but also achieved a 9–5 record that culminated in a Heart of Dallas Bowl appearance. His efforts were recognized when he was named Conference USA Coach of the Year in the same year, further solidifying his reputation in the realm of football coaching.

Following his stint at Southern Miss, Monken continued to distinguish himself as a capable offensive coordinator. He served in this capacity for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers until 2018, before moving onto the Cleveland Browns in 2019, and finally the Baltimore Ravens in 2023. His tenure with the Ravens was marked with success, as he led the team to a 13–4 record and the AFC's top seed in the 2023-24 NFL playoffs.
