Tina Tran

Tina Tran is a go-to-market and business development executive who serves as global lead for gaming partnerships and business development at TikTok. With more than 15 years of experience in the gaming and technology industries, Tran has developed strategic partnerships across major platforms worldwide. Her career includes roles at early-stage gaming companies such as Mochi Media, OpenFeint, and Halfbrick Studios. She later joined Oculus, part of Meta's Reality Labs, where she led enterprise virtual reality partnerships on a global scale. Tran also held a business development executive position at Microsoft before joining TikTok, where she advances the platform's influence in mobile, console, and PC gaming. At TikTok, she has contributed to the Creator + Organic + Paid strategy, supporting game developers and publishers in moving players from discovery to engagement and conversion.

Tran is recognized in the gaming industry and has spoken at events including the Game Developers Conference, where she participated in the Sensor Tower State of Gaming Summit discussing brand and performance marketing. She has also appeared at SXSW on a panel titled "Don't Be Cringe: How to Actually Win Gen Z," alongside the president of EA Music Group and other industry leaders, addressing authentic brand engagement with younger audiences.
