Tina Hallis, PhD, is a thought shifter, speaker, and founder of The Positive Edge. She is certified in Positive Psychology through the WholeBeing Institute, trained in Positive Intelligence, experienced with Internal Family Systems, trained in DISC personality theory, and author of "Sharpen Your Positive Edge: Shifting Your Thoughts for More Positivity & Success."

For almost 20 years, she worked as a scientist in biotech, immersed in data and facts—until discovering positive psychology in 2011. This science of thriving transformed her life, and she began studying, teaching, and living its principles.

Life then brought a new chapter. Working with cancer patients using a metabolic healing approach, Hallis saw how deeply our thoughts and emotions influence our health and outcomes. Positive psychology was powerful—but sometimes, it wasn’t enough.

She explored several modalities—until she found a game-changer: Internal Family Systems (IFS). This framework offered a whole new lens to understand our inner world, reactions, and patterns, unlocking profound self-awareness and transformation.

Today, Hallis takes her talks on resilience, collaboration, and workplace culture to the next level by weaving in the deep insights from IFS.
