Tim Sackett

Tim Sackett is an HR and talent acquisition executive with more than two decades of experience in human resources management and technical recruiting. Sackett serves as CEO of HRUTech.com, a technical recruiting firm. His career includes leadership roles in both corporate HR for Fortune 500 companies and the HR vendor sector, with previous positions such as director of employment at Sparrow Health System, regional HR and staffing director at Applebee's International, and recruiting and HR management roles at ShopKo Stores and Pamida. His experience spans healthcare, retail, dining, and technology, providing insight into the challenges organizations face in talent acquisition and workforce management.

Sackett is the author of "The Talent Fix: A Leader's Guide to Recruiting Great Talent," published by SHRM, and "The Talent Fix, Vol. 2." These books are recognized resources for HR professionals seeking strategies in recruiting and talent management. Sackett is a frequent international speaker on topics including leadership, HR technology, talent acquisition, and HR execution, and has presented at industry events such as the SHRM Talent Conference & Expo and the HR Technology Conference.
