Tim Ringo

Tim Ringo is an award-winning author, speaker, and executive board advisor with more than three decades of experience in human resources consulting and HR software. With a background in HR transformation, Ringo has architected and led some of the largest HR IT and change programs across North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. As the founder and managing director of digital HR advisory firm TimRingoDOTcom, he provides insights on how engaged employees and smart technology can transform the workplace.

Ringo began his career at Andersen Consulting, now Accenture, where he served as managing director in the Talent and Organization Service Line. He later joined IBM Global Business Services, leading the global Human Capital Management consulting practice and overseeing a team of more than 1,500 human capital consulting professionals worldwide. Ringo subsequently served as vice president of SAP SuccessFactors for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, leading HR advisory teams across the region. He also serves on the board and as non-executive director of Optunli, an HR solution focused on strategic workforce planning.

Ringo is an author specializing in HR transformation and workforce analytics. He wrote "Solving the Productivity Puzzle" and co-authored "Calculating Success." "Solving the Productivity Puzzle" received the Business Book of the Year Award in the HR & Management Category from the Business Book Awards. His book "Revelation: Harnessing AI and Intelligent Technologies at Home & Work" explores the impact of artificial intelligence and intelligent technologies on the workplace and home environments. Ringo's work has been recognized by academic leaders, including Professor Sir Cary Cooper of Alliance Manchester Business School, who described "Solving the Productivity Puzzle" as essential reading for HR professionals.
