Ringo began his career at Andersen Consulting, now Accenture, where he served as managing director in the Talent and Organization Service Line. He later joined IBM Global Business Services, leading the global Human Capital Management consulting practice and overseeing a team of more than 1,500 human capital consulting professionals worldwide. Ringo subsequently served as vice president of SAP SuccessFactors for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, leading HR advisory teams across the region. Ringo is an author specializing in HR transformation and workforce analytics. He wrote "Solving the Productivity Puzzle" and co-authored "Calculating Success."
