
Tiffany Pham earned a degree from Yale University and attended Harvard Business School, establishing a foundation in technology entrepreneurship and women's leadership. Before founding her own company, Pham served as director of business development at CBS, where she received the CBS Digital Media All-Star Award, and held roles with HBO, Credit Suisse, and Goldman Sachs. She is also an award-winning film producer, co-producing feature films including "Girlfriend," "Child 31," and "Hermit," and overseeing the theatrical release of "Arcadia." Pham co-founded the Beijing International Screenwriting Competition in collaboration with the Beijing government.

Her books provide guidance for teens, young adults, and women seeking pathways to leadership and entrepreneurship. Pham has appeared as a judge on the TLC show "Girl Starter" and in advertising campaigns for Lexus, Amazon Audible, Naturalizer, Dell, Captain Morgan, Visa, and GoDaddy.
