Tiffany K. Guillen

Tiffany K. Guillen is a Latina writer and director whose work has garnered significant recognition in the entertainment industry. She is best known for the short film "Welcome Back," which she directed. “Welcome Back” received numerous accolades, including a student Emmy nomination, Director’s Guild of America Jury Award, and wins at prestigious festivals such as Diversity in Cannes, UN Women’s Global Voices Festival, and Hollyshorts. The film streams on HBOMax and led to Guillen being selected as a Viewfinder fellow for Paramount TV.

A published playwright and Miami Herald Silver Knight winner, Guillen was honored on the Forbes 30 under 30 list in 2024.

Guillen, a graduate of Barnard College at Columbia University and USC's School of Cinematic Arts, has directed numerous projects and co-directed the Warner Brothers' feature film, “Voodoo Macbeth.” More recent work includes Season 2 of "Cross" on Amazon Prime.

Guillen is also the co-founder of Creative X Entertainment, a marketing agency and full-service production company that has done numerous marketing campaigns with clients including Netflix, Starbucks, and Hollister. The company's growing revenue allowed it to establish CXE Studios, through which it produces projects that tell stories from the Latinx community and other underrepresented groups.
