Tiffany Denee' Jones

Tiffany Denee' Jones is a three-time breast cancer survivor, philanthropist, and advocate whose personal experience with illness led to a mission focused on health equity and breast cancer awareness. Diagnosed at age 29 and reported as the youngest Black woman diagnosed with HER2-positive breast cancer in New York City at the time, Jones used her journey to promote early detection and access to care for underserved communities.

Jones is the founder, executive director, and spokesperson of the PinkChoseMe Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to increasing breast cancer awareness and supporting women diagnosed with the disease. The foundation emphasizes that early detection saves lives and that prevention and support should be accessible to all, regardless of income or background. Through fitness classes, support groups, wellness retreats, book clubs, and educational outreach, PinkChoseMe serves women in low-income homes, schools, and shelters, addressing physical, mental, and spiritual needs. The foundation has received recognition for its grassroots efforts in breast cancer prevention and education.

Before her advocacy work, Jones built a career in fashion and entertainment. She studied at the Fashion Institute of Technology and worked as a buyer for designer Roberto Cavalli, introducing hip-hop and pop artists to couture fashion. Jones also appeared on the soap opera "As the World Turns" and performed stand-up comedy in New York City and Los Angeles. Her experience in fashion, media, and public speaking has informed her leadership in the nonprofit sector. Jones gained national television exposure as a co-star of the OWN Network docu-series "Love in the City," which chronicled her work in nonprofit leadership and her life in New York City.

Jones extends her impact beyond the foundation as a patient partner and co-investigator with REACHnet (Research Action for Health Network), collaborating with health systems, academic centers, and public health organizations to enhance health research initiatives. She has contributed to Cure Today Magazine, writing for its Black Voices section, and has spoken about racial disparities in cancer treatment, highlighting the lack of representation she observed during her own care. This experience has strengthened her commitment to closing the healthcare gap for communities of color.

With a background in fashion, comedy, television, and nonprofit leadership, Tiffany Denee' Jones is recognized for her advocacy in health equity, breast cancer awareness, and patient empowerment.
