Tia-Clair Toomey Biography
Tia-Clair Toomey is an Australian professional CrossFit athlete recognized as the most decorated competitor in the sport's history. Toomey has earned six consecutive titles at the CrossFit Games, the highest number achieved by any athlete in the event. In addition to her achievements in CrossFit, Toomey is an accomplished weightlifter, having won gold in the women's 58kg event at the Commonwealth Games and representing Australia at the Rio Summer Olympics. She has also demonstrated versatility by qualifying for the Winter Olympics in bobsled.
Toomey and her husband and coach, Shane Orr, relocated from Australia to Cookeville, Tennessee, to train at CrossFit Mayhem, later moving to East Nashville. Orr leads the PRVN Fitness training camp, while Toomey continues her athletic pursuits. She is the author of "How I Became The Fittest Woman on Earth: My Story So Far."
Toomey has been ranked No. 1 in Sports Illustrated's Fittest 50. She is recognized for her resilience, adaptability, and leadership within the global CrossFit community and remains an influential speaker and ambassador for fitness and athletic performance.
