A former farmer with a degree in engineering and an Executive MBA in Finance, Eckschmidt began his career navigating the corporate world, working across 15 countries over a span of 10 years. He transitioned to consulting, where he spent another decade solving complex challenges before embracing entrepreneurship. His entrepreneurial journey has been marked by remarkable achievements, including 12 prestigious awards for innovation, sustainability, and entrepreneurship, four patent filings, and the authorship of 20 impactful books.

Eckschmidt is a pioneer of the Conscious Capitalism movement in Latin America and a global catalyst for conscious business practices. He has played a pivotal role in fostering Conscious Capitalism chapters worldwide, certifying over 1,200 consultants across 23 countries.
