Tamilee Webb

Tamilee Webb is an American fitness professional and creator of the "Buns of Steel" and "Abs of Steel" video series, with titles that have sold more than 14 million copies. Webb earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in physical education and a Master of Arts degree in exercise science from California State University, Chico. Before gaining national recognition, Webb worked at Golden Door Spa & Resort, where she served as a fitness trainer, instructor, and coach.

Webb became the face of the "Buns of Steel" brand when the original producer sought a female lead. She went on to create 22 titles, selling more than 14 million videos and establishing her own brand, Tamilee Webb. Her approach to health, fitness, and wellness has placed her workout programs at the top of the Billboard charts. Webb's work is also recognized as a New York Times bestseller.

Her television presence includes co-hosting aerobic fitness shows on Health Network Channel, now known as Discovery's Fit TV, which reaches more than 50 million households. Webb has hosted ESPN's "Fitness Pro Series" and consulted on Fox Sports' fitness show "Body Squad." She has appeared on "The Today Show," "Entertainment Tonight," "VH1 Booty Call," NBC's Weekend Today, and Home Matters. Webb has been featured on the covers of Shape, Home Gym and Fitness, and Diet and Exercise, and has been profiled in Self, Fit, Vogue, Men's Fitness, and Billboard.

Webb has published four best-selling books: "The Original Rubber Band Workout," "Step Up Fitness," "Workouts for Dummies," and "Defy Gravity Workout." She received the Fitness Instructor of the Year award from IDEA, the association of fitness professionals, after being a three-time nominee. Webb also received the Self Magazine Award for best lower body exercise and was inducted into the National Fitness Hall of Fame alongside Kathy Smith, Judi Missett, Jack LaLanne, Jane Fonda, and Joe Weider.

Webb launched WebbWorkouts.com, offering members a monthly subscription to design personalized workouts. As a keynote speaker, she addresses topics such as health and wellness, fitness, women's health, nutrition, women in business, and personal growth. With more than 65 products to her name, Webb continues to mentor, manage, and produce for other fitness professionals and influencers, providing professional speaking and coaching services in the fitness industry.
