She expanded Esteé Lauder’s digital footprint to 400+ sites in 50 countries and drove double-digit growth by partnering with unexpected influencers like Chelsea Handler and Iris Apfel.
She’s currently an Independent Board Director at Edgewell and Novabay, Operating Partner at AF Ventures, and Vice President of Marketing at Ani Energy.
Previously, Sit was a management consultant at Bain, owned an ad agency, and was a product manager at Newell. She holds a BA in Economics from Harvard and an MBA from Columbia.
