Susan T. Throughout her career, she has led organizations through financial turnaround, governance complexity, organizational transformation, and industry disruption while building cultures grounded in trust and accountability. Today, Scott delivers keynote presentations, executive facilitation, leadership retreats, and her signature Jeffersonian Dinners—highly curated executive conversations that foster candid dialogue, deeper thinking, and stronger leadership.
