Susan Oguche

Susan Oguche is a communications futurist and award-winning executive whose career spans two decades at the forefront of brand storytelling, reputation leadership, and the integration of emerging technologies into communications strategy. Oguche is known for helping organizations harness innovation while staying grounded in authentic storytelling and shaping the cultural conversations of tomorrow.

Oguche's career includes senior leadership roles at Nike, Procter & Gamble, Abbott, Home Chef, and Sleep Number. She has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Communications Officer for the Cleveland Cavaliers, Rock Entertainment Group, and Rocket Arena. In these roles, she led transformational communications strategies, pioneered digital-first storytelling, and built communications functions designed for the future.

Oguche founded Brilliance Communications, LLC, a next-generation communications consultancy that provides brands and executives with fractional communications leadership, AI integration support, and executive media training. Through Brilliance, she partners with brands and leaders to elevate their voice, strategy, and impact in an evolving media landscape.
