Steve Harmon

Steve Harmon is a technology analyst, venture investor, and author who has spent three decades identifying platform shifts before they reach consensus. He is the author of "Blueshift: How to Spot What's Coming Next Before Everyone Else," with a foreword by Vint Cerf, co-creator of the internet, and endorsements from Steve Jurvetson, Vinod Khosla, Tim Draper, and Reid Hoffman.

Harmon's investment track record includes serving as lead investor in Oingo, later known as Applied Semantics, in 1999. Google acquired the company in 2003, and the technology became AdSense — nearly half of Google's revenue at IPO. He is the founder and CEO of Flow Information Systems and creator of the Blueshift Signal platform, which tracks structural market shifts across public companies in real time.

Harmon has keynoted at ad:tech, Stanford Graduate School of Business, the NYSSA Securities Conference, UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, Internet World, the CRM Conference, and Startup Showcase events in Hong Kong and Singapore. His prior book, Zero Gravity, was published by Bloomberg Press in two editions and translated into eight languages, with a foreword by John Doerr. Harmon has appeared on CNBC, Bloomberg TV, and major financial media globally as a technology and market analyst.
