Stephen Snyder-Hill became nationally known during a 2011 presidential debate where he submitted a question to the candidates while serving his country from Iraq. He asked the candidates if they intended to re-instate Don't ask Don't Tell just two days after its repeal. He was booed on national TV, which catapulted him into a media spotlight. He has used this voice to tell his story and fight for equality of all people. Snyder-Hill has been serving his country since 1988.
