Stephan Maighan

Stephan Maighan is an international keynote speaker, leadership development expert, executive coach, entrepreneur, and best-selling author. He is the founder of Mentora Inc., an executive training and consulting company serving clients such as Airbus, Costco Wholesale, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Bombardier, Nespresso, Stanley, and IBM. Mentora Inc. also provides services to government agencies, including the Canada Revenue Agency, the Bank of Canada, the Canadian Armed Forces, and the Department of National Defence.

With more than 25 years of experience, Maighan has developed expertise in leadership, communication, and resilience. He is the creator of the CLEAR method and has authored several books, including "Devenez maître de votre vie," "100% RESPONSIBLE: A Practical Guide to Achieving Your Goals, Influencing People and Creating a Life of Significance," and co-authored "Osez Réussir." These works focus on personal transformation, accountability, and empowerment. Maighan's strategies encourage audiences to overcome limiting beliefs and adopt a mindset of full responsibility.

Maighan is also the founder of Maighan Distribution Inc., a company that imports and wholesales baby, kids, and wellness products such as Haakaa, BIBS, noüka, and Re-Play to more than 2,000 retail stores across North America, including Nordstrom, Bed Bath & Beyond, Amazon, Walmart, Whole Foods, Indigo, and Toys R Us. His dual experience in corporate training and consumer goods provides a grounded perspective on building and sustaining successful organizations.

Maighan has presented at institutions and events including ESSEC Business School in Paris, the Military Symposium on Cybersecurity, the Bank of Canada, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. As a spokesperson for the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada, he has contributed to the foundation's activities nationwide and received the Sovereign's Medal for Volunteers from the Governor General of Canada, recognizing his volunteer achievements and contributions.
