Skillet is an American Christian rock band that came into existence in 1996. The current roster features John Cooper, Korey Cooper, Jen Ledger, and Seth Morrison, with John Cooper being the only original member. The band has received Grammy nominations for their albums "Collide" and "Comatose", with the latter along with "Awake" achieving Platinum and Double Platinum certifications respectively.

Skillet's music has been recognized and featured in many high-profile arenas. Songs such as "Monster", "Hero", "Awake and Alive", and "Feel Invincible" have achieved Multi-Platinum certifications. Their music has also been used as theme songs for WWE events, video games, and included in film soundtracks such as "Transformers: Dark of the Moon" and "The Shack".
