Sira Laurel is a neurodiversity and neuroleadership speaker and CEO of North of Normal, an organizational advisory practice that helps founders, executives and leadership teams build organizations where people and performance can flourish together. Laurel's work sits at the intersection of organizational development, neuroleadership, change management and sensory science, helping leaders identify the real constraints limiting growth before choosing solutions. She is known for translating complex human and organizational dynamics into practical frameworks that improve leadership effectiveness, organizational health and sustainable performance.

Over the past 15 years, Laurel has led organizational transformation across high-growth companies, mergers and acquisitions, culture change, employee experience, compensation, leadership development and DEI.
