Siphiwe Moyo

Siphiwe Moyo is an international keynote speaker, author, and organizational development facilitator whose work focuses on the intersection of behavioral science and practical leadership. An experienced human resources practitioner and organizational behavior specialist, Moyo studies and teaches human behavior within workplace contexts. With a career spanning more than two decades, he is recognized for his expertise in employee engagement, motivation, leadership, optimism, resilience, and helping employees navigate organizational change.

Moyo holds a master's degree in business administration, an executive development program credential, a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) in people development, and a bachelor's degree in human resources. He has pursued doctoral studies in organizational behavior. Moyo designed the initial postgraduate module in organizational behavior offered at Stellenbosch University in South Africa. He has served as adjunct faculty, primarily teaching organizational behavior, at GIBS, Henley Business School Africa, Wits Business School, and Johannesburg Business School. In the corporate sector, he previously served as head of learning and development for several Johannesburg Stock Exchange Top 40 companies.

As an author, Moyo has written books including "Building Better Workplaces," "#StagnationMustFall," "Bulls & Bears: Life Lessons from the Financial Markets," and "#StagnationMustFall: 100 Practical Lessons That Will Activate Your Career Progression." His work addresses leadership, personal development, and organizational behavior, providing practical tools for resilience, adaptability, and career growth.

Moyo has presented at international conferences in the EMEA and APAC regions. He is an inductee of the Southern African Speaker Hall of Fame and the Southern African Educator Hall of Fame, and has been recognized as SASMA Motivational Speaker of the Year. He serves as executive director of the Organisational Behaviour Institute and CEO of Paradigm People Solutions, collaborating with organizations and leadership teams across Africa and globally.

Moyo has served as vice president of the Professional Speakers Association of Southern Africa and as chairman of the board at the South African Board for People Practices. He is the founder of Elinye Ithuba, a not-for-profit social enterprise supporting skills development for individuals excluded from the economy in South Africa. Through the application of behavioral science in organizations, Moyo continues to advance individual and organizational effectiveness in the fields of leadership development, human resources, and organizational behavior.
