Sima Sistani

Sima Sistani has an expansive career that spans across multiple industries. She held the position of Chief Executive Officer of WeightWatchers from March 2022 to October 2024 and was the co-founder and CEO of Houseparty, part of Epic Games, from May 2015 to March 2022. Prior to that, she served as Head of Media at Tumblr from January 2014 to May 2015 and Director of Mobile Growth at Yahoo! from November 2011 to 2014. Currently, she balances multiple roles, including an Adjunct Professor at Duke University and a member of the Board of Directors for Best Buy.

Alongside her professional roles, Sistani has showcased her leadership and business acumen in a variety of ways. She was recognized by The Aspen Institute in March 2023, receiving the title of a Henry Crown Fellow, an accolade given to entrepreneurial leaders committed to societal improvement. Additionally, she received the "Risk taker" award from CNN in October 2023 and was honored as a Changemaker by CNBC in February 2024. Her participation as a judge in Duke University's annual pitch competition, "The Grind", further demonstrated her keen insight and expertise.

With an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, Sistani has a strong foundation in Marketing Management, Mobile Applications, and Leadership.
