Shilan Parham

Shilan Parham is an entrepreneur and business leader whose career spans three continents and five languages. Parham's journey began in Iran, continued through China, and led to the United States. While in China, she learned Mandarin and co-founded two language schools with a business partner. Parham holds an MBA from Auburn University at Montgomery, specializing in management and operations. Her multicultural background and academic training have contributed to her expertise in cross-cultural business leadership and operations management.

After earning her MBA, Parham joined DMC Atlanta, where she advanced through roles such as account manager, assistant manager, and junior partner. She contributed to business development, client acquisition, and played a role in expanding a major client's operations to Charlotte, North Carolina. This experience in sales strategy and market expansion provided Parham with the foundation to launch her own consulting firm.

Parham is CEO and president of Outliers Consulting Solutions, based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Outliers Consulting Solutions is a privately owned sales and marketing firm serving large nationwide corporations with customer acquisition and retention strategies. The firm specializes in new account acquisitions, sales strategies, and leadership development. Under Parham's leadership, the company has established a reputation for delivering measurable results and fostering a culture of professional growth.
