Shari Harley

Shari Harley runs Candid Culture, a Denver-based training and consulting firm helping organizations get and keep the right customers and employees by creating better business relationships. Before launching her business, Shari led leadership development training for OppenheimerFunds, conducted customer service training for American Century Investments and facilitated for Dale Carnegie Training.

Harley is known globally as an engaging, funny, content-rich business communication speaker. Her keynote speeches and conference breakout sessions are high energy, packed with useful business communication training techniques, and way more fun than participants could even hope to expect.
