Shari Alyse

Shari Alyse is a TV host, bestselling author, and two-time TEDx speaker recognized for her work in the personal growth and self-love space. With more than two decades of experience in the entertainment and wellness industries, Alyse has developed a multifaceted career spanning television, publishing, keynote speaking, and media consulting. A graduate of Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theater, she has built a community of over 130,000 followers and reached more than 10 million people through her work across various platforms.

Alyse serves as the host and executive producer of the TV talk show "Good Morning Joy." She has appeared as a guest expert on ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, and has hosted a feel-good series on HooplaHa Good News Network. Her work has also been featured in Good Day LA, Good Morning Washington, Thrive Global, Huffington Post, DailyOM, and Only Good TV. Alyse created the docuseries "Joy Drive," which explores the pursuit of joy across the United States.

At age seven, she testified against her abuser, an experience that shaped her advocacy for self-acceptance, positive mindset, post-traumatic growth, and joy.
