Shar McBee had not received any management training when suddenly she was put in charge of a staff of 500 people. A wise mentor taught her a secret. She tried it. It worked amazingly. Since then Shar has taught the secret to thousands.

In the 1980's Shar set out on a quest for deeper meaning. For ten years she traveled around the world working with organizations in a dozen countries. What she discovered was what makes great individuals great: They live a life of service. In addition, Shar has been an entertainment reporter for CBS in Hollywood, the assistant to a Congressman, and a public relations agent for Phylicia Rashad of the Cosby Show.
