Shailvi Wakhlu

Shailvi Wakhlu is a technology leader, international keynote speaker, and author with a career at the intersection of data, engineering, and leadership. Wakhlu has served as head of data and analytics at Strava and Komodo Health, and her experience includes roles at Salesforce, Fitbit, and a software startup she co-founded. She has led multinational teams across data-driven companies in North America, Europe, and Asia, focusing on leveraging data to build technology products, clarify strategic direction, and improve business processes.

Wakhlu's expertise covers the full spectrum of data strategy, including data quality, analytics methodology, and data storytelling. Her experience as a practitioner at both startups and large technology companies across three continents has enabled her to translate complex data concepts into actionable business insights. She developed the "Thoughtful Analytics" framework to influence product decisions and address data quality issues efficiently.
