Sean Callagy

Sean R. Callagy is a legally blind attorney, entrepreneur, and performance strategist whose career spans law, business leadership, and human performance. Diagnosed at age five with retinitis pigmentosa, a degenerative genetic disease that leads to blindness, Callagy pursued academics and athletics, attending Columbia University and serving as captain of the baseball team. As his vision deteriorated, he shifted focus to law, graduating cum laude from Seton Hall Law School.

Six months after law school, Callagy left a major firm to launch his own legal practice. Within two years, he built a 40-person team and achieved a multi-million dollar exit as the sole equity partner. He later founded Callagy Law, a multidisciplinary law firm with more than 100 employees and offices in New York, New Jersey, Arizona, and across the United States. The firm has collected over $1 billion for healthcare clients, specializing in medical revenue recovery and healthcare law. Callagy is one of only two attorneys among more than 1 million in the United States to achieve two Top 100 National Jury Verdicts, and the only one to do so while blind. He has collected more than $750 million for healthcare clients, pioneering the field of medical revenue recovery.

Through his work at Callagy Law, Callagy identified patterns in business leadership and opportunity recognition, leading him to create Unblinded and ACTi Actualized Intelligence. Unblinded is built around "The Unblinded Formula," a system focused on Self Mastery, Influence Mastery, and Process Mastery, combined with ACTi technology to help entrepreneurs and professionals grow their businesses with integrity.
