Scott Rechler

Scott Rechler is the chairman and CEO of RXR, a real estate investment manager and developer headquartered in New York City. Under Rechler's leadership, RXR owns and manages more than 30 million square feet of commercial properties and over 9,600 multifamily units. The firm's portfolio includes public-private partnerships such as the Terminal 6 development at JFK International Airport and a mixed-use project in Raleigh, North Carolina. RXR's operations extend beyond the New York metropolitan area into several high-growth markets, and the firm has raised more than $10 billion in private equity since its founding.

Before establishing RXR, Rechler served as chair and CEO of Reckson Associates Realty Corp, which he took public and later sold for more than $6 billion, delivering a significant return to investors.
