Scott Epstein

Scott Epstein is a prominent figure in housing policy and advocacy, serving as director of policy and research at Abundant Housing LA. With more than 15 years of experience in research and public policy, Epstein has contributed to advancing equitable and sustainable housing solutions in Los Angeles. His career includes research roles at RAND Corporation and UCLA CRESST, as well as public health work at UCLA Arthur Ashe Student Health and Wellness Center. As chair of the Mid City West Neighborhood Council for seven years, Epstein supported policies to increase housing access and affordability, receiving endorsements from various organizations during his campaign for Los Angeles City Council.
