Scott Eblin

Scott Eblin is the co-founder and president of The Eblin Group, a professional development firm focused on executive coaching, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. Eblin works with senior and emerging leaders in global organizations, providing guidance on leadership presence and mindfulness in the workplace.

Eblin is the author of two books. His first book, "The Next Level: What Insiders Know About Executive Success," has been recognized for its practical advice on executive leadership. His book "Overworked and Overwhelmed: The Mindfulness Alternative" addresses strategies for managing stress and enhancing productivity through mindfulness practices.

A former Fortune 500 executive, Eblin brings firsthand experience to his coaching, supporting leaders as they navigate complex business environments. He has worked with hundreds of clients in both individual and group settings, focusing on measurable improvements in leadership effectiveness and organizational performance.

Eblin is an honors graduate of Davidson College, holds a master's degree from Harvard, and earned a Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University, where he also serves on the program faculty. He is a Registered Yoga Teacher, integrating wellness and mindfulness into his leadership coaching approach.
