Scott Daly

Scott Daly is a veteran of the U.S. Navy SEAL Teams, where he served as an operator, chief petty officer, master training specialist, and officer in charge. During his military career, Daly completed multiple deployments and played a key role in training junior officers and enlisted SEALs to perform in demanding environments. His expertise in leadership development, resilience, and high-performance culture has been shaped by coaching and training individuals across more than 15 countries on five continents.

As a keynote speaker, Daly has appeared at business forums and leadership events, including the 21st Century Business Forum, sharing insights on decision-making, resilience, and achieving high performance. He is known for practical frameworks such as the E + R = O (Event + Response = Outcome) model, which emphasizes the importance of response over circumstance. Daly’s journey, including overcoming a severe neck injury as a teenager, highlights his focus on perseverance and adaptability, making him a prominent voice on leadership, organizational culture, and performance improvement.

After transitioning from military service, Daly applied his operational and instructional experience to the corporate sector, first as a district sales manager with a Fortune 500 company and later as director of training at Focus 3, a leadership training organization. He currently serves as vice president of sales and merchandising at Micro Center, where he continues to implement systematic approaches to leadership and organizational performance.

Daly is a graduate of The Ohio State University and is recognized for translating lessons from military teams into actionable strategies for business and personal growth.
